Our managing director structures our approach to ensuring our employees and everyone who may be affected by our work remains safe at all times and their health is always in our best interest. Providing safe working environments for all of our staff both on and off site is always at the forefront of our business.
We ensure that our written Health & safety policy statement is kept up to date with legislative requirements and is amended as and when is appropriate, then reviewed, authorised, signed and dated by the Managing Director. This is then filtered throughout the company to all employees, and those sub-contracted to us. Anyone working on our projects or affected by our work will be subject to our site rules and regulations at all times.
Our Safety Management Systems are certified to the requirements of OHSAS18001 and we are registered with the Construction Health and Safety (CHAS) Scheme and are now an approved Safe Contractor. Our safety management have worked for some of the largest UK consultancies and contractors in safety and CDM positions, our management staff are active at CPD events and working well together seminars with the HSE taking an active approach to changes and improvement in guidelines and legislation as our business progresses.
We offer excellent Health & Safety training to all of our employees and see training on the job as essential in improving our service delivery and H&S within our organisation. We have strong working relationships with training bodies such as the CITB an always maintain and develop the skills and knowledge of our employees.
