We have been awarded a place on the WPA Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework Lots 1,2,9 and 10. Lots 1 and 2 are for Kitchens & Bathrooms with Associated Works. Lots 9 and 10 Multi-Disciplinary Works which includes: Independent living adaptations, heating and electrical systems, external works, electrical and plumbing works, painting and decorating, energy efficiency and smart controls, cladding renewal of doors and windows and fire protection measures.
Adever is enthusiastic about the project opportunities the framework offers over the next four years. The framework covers the whole of North Wales and is a procurement partnership of all the local authorities in the region.
