In September 2024, we began work on the WQHS Kitchen and Bathroom project, procured through the Welsh Procurement Alliance Framework. The original programme covered the installation of new kitchens, bathrooms, and downstairs WCs, along with adaptations for disabled residents and wet rooms. The scope of works included plumbing, electrics, kitchen installations, new doors, extensive plastering, flooring, and decoration.
