Denbighshire County Council Housing Refurbishment Framework Lot 2

Adever are progressing successfully on the refurbishment of 215 homes on behalf of Denbighshire County Council in Prestatyn. Works include total bathroom and kitchen replacement. Materials and labour have been sourced locally as part of Adever's commitment to investing in local communities

Denbigh Castle completed

22nd June 2010

Work to the 13th century Castle and Goblin Tower are complete. This included months of core drilling and insertion of anchors ( up to 3m long) into overhanging masonry and cliff faces, the construction of a road to the Goblin Tower site and large scaffolding, de-vegetation, re-pointing and rebuilding of the corework. Anthony Dever wishes to congratulate staff and partners who have worked in difficult conditions to deliver a quality end product and thank CADW for their hard work and investment in this iconic structure.

Ince Temple restored to it's former glory

2nd April 2010

Adever Heritage have completed essential repairs to this structure. Built in 1792 the classical Garden Temple lies in the extensive Ince Blundell Hall grounds, adjacent to the original medieval manor house. Ince Blundell was noted for the collection of marble stautes from Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece. They were collected by the Blundell family over generations (but particularly by HEnry Blundell) and housed in the purpose built Garden Temple

Work Continues on India Buildings

3rd March 2010

India Buildings on Water Street, Liverpool, were built between 1924 and 1932 for Alfred Holt's Blue Funnel Line. This Grade 2 listed bulding is one of the most prestigious oofices in the city centre. The Buildings today, house an elegant arcade of shops as well as modern office space. Adever is carrying out structural work as part of a modernisation of services programme.

Denbigh Castle Commences

1st February 2010

Adever's heritage arm have commenced on a major refurbishment of Denbigh Castle. Civil engineering works include core-drillings.

Major Refurbishment Complete

22nd January 2010

Works to a major city centre office block, State House are now complete. Works include a total re-roofing of the building at a high level. Anthony Dever said " we are delighted to stay on programme throughout such a wet November and we look forward to new challenges ahead."

Liverpool City Council Framework 2009-2011

10th November 2009

Following the successful completion of repairs to council housing stock during 2008/2009, Adever has been awarded a place on the Liverpool City Council Framework Contract, which runs from November 2009 to May 2011.

ISO and OHSAS Awards

Following the final audit on 7th July 2009, Adever has been accredited with the latest ISO 9001 Standard (ISO 9001:2008), in addition to ISO 14001:2004 and 18001:2007. New Offices in Birkenhead

12th April 2008

Adever have relocated their central offices to the Management Suite, at the former Cammell Laird HQ. These refurbished offices were formerly occupied by the top level management of Cammel Lairds.

The move was necessary to facilitate the growth of the company and to reposition the offices in the centre of the region of operations.
